We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Coordinator - Debt Management to join the Centre Management team at Stockland Shellharbour on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

Based on site Monday to Friday 9.00-5.30, this role combines accounts receivable, debtor management and financial administration with broader centre support responsibilities.

Working closely with the Administration Manager, you'll manage billing, receipting, reconciliations and tenant account enquiries while supporting the day-to-day operations of the centre.

What You'll Do

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including receipting, payment allocation and reconciliations
• Follow up outstanding tenant accounts and support debtor management activities
• Assist with billing, invoicing and invoice validation
• Maintain accurate financial records and support reporting activities
• Provide administrative support to the Centre Management team
• Act as a key point of contact for tenants, contractors and customers
• Support compliance processes and centre operations

About You

You bring strong administration or finance experience and enjoy working in a busy environment where accuracy, organisation and customer service are essential. This role is ideal for someone with experience in accounts receivable, debt collection, finance administration or credit control or commercial mindset.

Experience & Skills That Count

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Debt Management, Credit Control or Finance Administration
• Exposure to invoicing, receipting and reconciliation processes
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and confidence in Excel
• Experience within retail, property or a similar customer-focused environment is desirable
