At NAPA Centre, we offer world renown paediatric therapy services that embrace each child’s differences and work with them to overcome their unique challenges. Our allied health professionals develop individualised intensive therapy programs with unique combinations of our wide range of speech, physical, occupational and other innovative therapies. Because each intensive program is tailored to a specific child, no two intensives are exactly alike. However our beautiful customers follow up their intensive program with weekly sessions - so our therapists not only get exposure and diversity but build the relationships and consistency with the kids too!

About the Role:
Our books keep growing and we so we always need experienced passionate paediatric physiotherapist to join our state of the art clinic (no home visits or weekends.) At NAPA we provide our customers with intensive three-week programs. We utilise highly innovate and evidence based therapy methods & technology, from all around the globe, which is supported by a typical weekly physiotherapy session. We use a range of diverse techniques both traditional and non-traditional therapies (all evidence based) in a multi disciplinary intensive program including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, developmental feeding services, NeuroSuit Therapy, CME/Medek therapy, DMI therapy, Vital Stim and SpiderCage therapy, all under one roof. Our programs are individually tailored to incorporate each child's specific needs.
This position requires you to be a qualified AHPRA registered therapist with an interest and preferably recent experience working with children with neurological disorders.

About the successful Candidate
Minimum qualifications include completion of at least a Bachelor of Applied Science or Physiotherapy degree, from an accredited University.
Strong Clinical experience - at least 4 years post graduate physiotherapy experience preferred, preferably in a paediatric setting with exposure to children with disabilities.
Current registration with AHPRA, Working with Children Check, & NDIS Worker Screening Check
CPR and First Aid certificates.
Current Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Current Medicare Provider Number or capacity to obtain.
Good Physical health and fitness and the ability to lift up to 22 kg, extended periods of standing and/or sitting on the floor.
Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with clients and other medical professionals.
Display a level of professional empathy towards clients and the ability to develop rapport.
Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients and their families.
Team player that can demonstrate the values for working as part of multi-disciplinary team to advance a client’s needs.
Ability to travel for periods of time for training/treating may be required.
