Maintenance Roofer – Full Time

CCMS Corporate Construction Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Roofer to join our growing team.

 CCMS is a South Australian family-owned construction and trade services company delivering high-quality roofing, maintenance, plumbing and construction solutions across Adelaide. We work across both the residential and commercial sectors, providing roofing maintenance services to established homes, schools, hospitals, offices and commercial facilities throughout South Australia.

 We are looking for a skilled roofer with strong fault-finding ability who takes pride in workmanship, communicates well with clients, and can work independently while maintaining high safety standards.

 Key Responsibilities

- Roof leak investigations and fault finding

- Roofing repairs and general maintenance

- Gutter, downpipe and flashing repairs

- Tile and metal roof maintenance

- Storm damage repairs and insurance works

- Roof inspections and reporting

- Working safely at heights in accordance with WHS requirements

About You

- Proven experience in roofing maintenance and repairs

- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills

- Ability to work independently and manage daily jobs efficiently

- High attention to detail and strong workmanship standards

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- White Card (essential)

- Working at Heights (preferred)

- EWP ticket (preferred)

- Current Driver’s Licence (essential)
