Lead Educator and Co-Educator

Friendship Square Early Learning Centre is looking for a caring, experienced, and engaging LEAD & Co-EDUCATORS to join our EXCEEDING team in the Pre-Kinder class at our Reggio Emilia inspired centre. 

We are searching for an amazing educator/S with knowledge and experience in working with young children. 

We offer: 

• Small class sizes/small team:

• A team of dedicated and inspiring co-educators

• 4 hours of planning and curriculum time each week (Lead Educator only)

• Reggio-inspired learning environments 

• The centre is closed for 2 weeks during the Christmas holidays 

• A fortnightly RDO 

• A community-oriented, not for profit centre focused on families, children, education, and respect for educators

Position requirements: Successful candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Certificate 3 / Diploma or working towards

• Current employee working with children check

• A passion for early childhood education, a collaborative mindset, and a positive attitude.

• Strong communication skills and a person-centered approach.
  

Key requirements:

• An approved ACECQA qualification, or evidence of studying towards one

• A demonstrated interest in children and their development

• First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Training

• Valid Working with Children Check

• Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules

• Working rights – Visa/Passport
