About the role
Djirra is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our Operations team on an ongoing, full-time basis. Whether you are visiting our regional offices to oversee exciting site upgrades or connecting face-to-face with our statewide teams, you will love hitting the road as you travel across Victoria to support our programs.
As the Facilities Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day to day operations of Djirra across all our Victorian locations. You will coordinate and oversee property and facilities management, ensuring our workplaces are safe, functional, well maintained and welcoming for staff, clients and visitors.
In this diverse role, you will also be responsible for fleet management, travel and accommodation bookings, and IT support services. You will liaise with a range of external service providers, coordinate maintenance and repairs.
This is a varied, hands on role suited to an experienced facilities professional who is highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and have the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
