HR Manager | Sunshine Greenfield HR Function | High Growth Manufacturing About the Role This is a unique greenfield opportunity to join a growing Australian manufacturing business during an exciting period of expansion!

As production continues to scale, the business is looking for an HR Manager to establish and lead the HR function. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will work closely with the leadership team across all areas of HR, including employee relations, performance, policies and processes, and workforce planning. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to build the HR function from the ground up and have a direct impact on the people and culture of the business.

Your role: Lead and own the HR function across the business. Partner with the Managing Director and leadership team on people strategy.

Develop and embed HR policies, processes and frameworks. Provide trusted advice across the full employee lifecycle. Drive performance management, employee relations and workforce planning.

Support leaders with coaching, capability and people management. Build and strengthen employee engagement and workplace culture. Ensure HR practices align with employment legislation and best practice.

Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and the employee experience. About You

Previous experience as an HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner or similar. Experience working within a manufacturing, production, FMCG, pharmaceutical, cosmetics or similar environment will be highly regarded. Strong generalist HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
