We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join a busy finance team in the Kewdale area. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and confident managing customer accounts while building strong internal and external relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and allocate incoming payments accurately and on time
• Manage overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Issue statements and maintain regular communication with customers
• Reconcile the receivables ledger and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain accurate customer records and financial data
• Assist with month-end processes and support audits/compliance
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve billing issues

About You

• 3+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable
• Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or similar
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and systems (ERP preferred)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
