Concrete Pump Operator

As a Concrete Pump Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Safe setup and operation of boom pumps (20m–47m)

• Conducting pre-start inspections and daily maintenance checks

• Coordinating with site supervisors and concrete suppliers

• Ensuring safe placement of concrete in accordance with site requirements

• Managing hose lines and working closely with your line hand

• Adhering to all WHS procedures and site-specific requirements

• Maintaining accurate dockets and job records

This role requires confidence, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Candidates must have valid Australian work rights or appropriate work visa to be considered for this position.

This role involves rotating shift patterns to meet project demands.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1-2 years experience operating concrete boom pumps is required

• Full Heavy Rigid (HR) licence is required

• High Risk Work Licence - PB must be held at the time of application

• Valid Concrete Boom pump VOC Licence - PB

• Construction Induction Card (White Card)

• Strong understanding of safe work practices

• Ability to read site plans and understand pour requirements

• Professional presentation and communication skills

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
