Basketball Administrator

At Parramatta Cumberland Basketball Association, we don't just coordinate games, we build communities. From local competitions that unite friends to competitive tournaments that showcase the best talent, we are the pulse of Basketball. We're looking for a Basketball Administrator to be the backbone of our operations and ensure every tip-off is seamless and every player's experience is top-tier.

The Role

As our Basketball Administrator, you are the engine room of our basketball community. You will be the face of PCBA, managing registrations, supporting our representative program's compliance obligations, and collaborating across our Schools and Local Competition teams to keep everything running smoothly on and off the court.

This role will require availability after hours and on the weekend during the representative season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service - Be the face of PCBA, ensuring the best possible experience for our basketball community

• Program Administration - Ensure registrations are up to date and reporting is accurate

• Representative Basketball - Ensure our compliance obligations are met

• Schools - Collaborate with the basketball team in scheduling bookings

• Local Competition - Collaborate to support the delivery of successful local basketball competitions

• Tech Literate - Comfortable using competition management platforms and standard office software to prepare and distribute notices, newsletters and fixtures
