Casual role with full-time hours
H&R Block Australia are seeking Client Service Consultants to join our Contact Centre team based in Moonee Ponds.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
The Moonee Ponds office is conveniently located close to public transport, cafes, and local amenities.
Key Responsibilities Include
Handling inbound calls to book tax appointments Making warm outbound reminder calls to existing H&R Block clients (no cold calling) Delivering a professional and positive customer experience Working collaboratively with the team during peak periods
