We are seeking Educators to join our team on a casual basis.
You’ll work alongside a team of dedicated professionals to provide engaging, quality learning experiences for children aged 0–5 years.

We're offering a variety of casual, flexible shift options to suit your lifestyle and availability!
Morning shift: 6.30am – 10.30am
Afternoon shift: 2.00pm – 6.30pm
(Depending on your availability and interests, we can discuss a full day, morning-only, afternoon-only, or combined shifts.)
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of developmentally appropriate programs for individual children or groups.
Record observations of individual children or groups for program planning purposes for qualified staff.
Set up, facilitate, and clean down after our play-based activities.
Create a friendly, stimulating and interactive learning environment.
Provide a safe and welcoming environment for all children and families.
Develop trusting and honest relationships with children, families, colleagues, management and community stakeholders.
Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Hold or actively working towards a recognised Early Childhood Education and Care qualification (Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Cert IV in Education Support, B.Ed (Early Childhood))
Hold or be willing to obtain Blue Card.
Hold or be willing to obtain First Aid/CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training.
Knowledge and understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Protection laws
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development and well-being.
Ability to work as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic environment.
Experience with Childcare and Xplor and Playground would be highly regarded.
