Business Manager

What’s the role?

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Business Manager to step into a pivotal role at the heart of the Everyday Banking leadership team.  Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner you will lead initiatives that bridge strategy and execution, ensuring seamless collaboration across business units and delivering outcomes that shape the future of our business. 

In addition, you will ensure the smooth running of the Everyday Banking operations by coordinating office operations, governance, executive support, business management and leadership team priorities. 

Finally, acting as a collaborator this role sits at centre of the function and is the operational integrator, ensuring the MD is informed, prepared and positioned to deliver on organisational objectives.

Proven ability to lead cross-business initiatives and manage senior stakeholders

• A strong strategic perspective, being able to see the big picture, external market environment 
• High levels of organisation, attention to detail and the and ability to manage competing priorities  
• Analytical capability and comfort with data-driven insights and experience with governance, risk and operational management skills 
• Ability to work autonomously, handle confidential matters and exercise sound judgment 
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
