PROPERTY MANAGER

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Property Manager who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and has a strong understanding of the South Australian Property Management industry. Based in Morphett Vale SA, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a residential property portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants and ensuring properties are managed efficiently and in accordance with industry requirements.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current South Australian Property Management Licence

• Current Australian Driver's Licence

• Proven experience in residential property management

• Strong knowledge and understanding of South Australian tenancy legislation and property management practices

• Proficient knowledge of industry based systems, including PropertyMe, Tenant Options, Bonds Online - as well as Office365

• Excellent communication and organisation skills

• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
