We’re looking for a full-time or part-time Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team.

If you're experienced, you'll have the chance to step into a supportive clinic where your skills are valued.

What you'll be doing

You'll work closely with our dentists and help make each patient's visit run smoothly.

Your day will include:

Assisting dentists during procedures

Preparing treatment rooms and equipment

Running sterilisation and infection control, properly

Talking the nervous patients down.

Phones, bookings and records when you are not at the chair

Keeping stock topped up before

Who we're looking for

We're less interested in ticking every box and more interested in finding the right person.

You may be:

An experienced Dental Assistant ready for your next role

Someone with some dental experience who wants to keep developing

Someone new to the industry who is keen to learn and build a career in dental

Experience with D4W is handy, but not essential!

We're a local dental clinic caring for patients across Morisset and the Lake Macquarie community.

We're a small, close-knit team that values good patient care, supporting each other and creating a workplace people enjoy being part of.

We see families we have seen for twenty years. Kids we treated who now bring their own kids in. It is a slower kind of practice than a corporate… and that is deliberate.
