Responsibilities and Duties

• Install, Service & Repair Commercial Roller Shutters / Doors, Rapid Doors, Sectional Doors, Impact Swing Doors, and Strip Screens across all territories.

• Travel as required for onsite works, including extended stays away from home from time to time.

• Attend sites, complete inductions, sign in, and follow all documented service procedures.

• Ensure accurate reporting and follow-up after maintenance work.

• Be available for on-call service work as required.

• Be available for overtime and night works from time to time.

• Conduct pre-site evaluations, including taking measurements, photographs, and providing professional advice for installations and service work.

Housekeeping & Safety Compliance

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and company vehicle.

• Ensure full compliance with company health and safety policies and procedure

Required Skills:

• Experience in roller shutters and or high speed doors will be highly regarded

• Mechanical aptitude

• Work requires professional verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel

• A Forklift licence will be well regarded

• An EWP up to 11m will be well regarded

• A white card will be required
