What You’ll Be Doing
As a Consultant/ Cost Manager within our cost Advisory team, you’ll support our growing team across multiple projects and sectors, focusing on Defence but also including, commercial, residential, government, sports and leisure, and hospitality. The role will consist of:-
Cost planning and estimating
Working as part of a team to deliver great outcomes
Post contract services including variations and progress claims
Tender assessment and analysis
Your Key Responsibilities
Provide cost planning advice and support to the wider team
Lead projects from inception through to completion with the support of senior management.
Deliver high-quality work and client-facing reports
Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients
Support junior team members and project coordination
Potential monthly regional travels - driver's licence required
About You
Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Finance, Engineering, Law, or Project Management
2–5 years of experience in construction estimating, cost planning, contract administration, advisory, risk, or technical consulting
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Australian citizen with a baseline clearance or the ability to get a baseline clearance
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and client deliverables
Current driver's licence
