Finance & Settlements Coordinator (Novated Leasing)

About The Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused Finance & Settlements Coordinator to manage novated lease applications from finance approval through to settlement. This is a fast-paced role where you'll work closely with customers, employers, dealerships, lenders, and internal teams to ensure every lease is processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with ATO and lender requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage novated lease applications from submission through to settlement.

• Review finance applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.

• Liaise with customers, employers, dealerships, lenders, and salary packaging providers.

• Coordinate finance approvals and satisfy settlement conditions.

• Prepare and validate lease and settlement documentation.

• Monitor application progress and proactively follow up outstanding items.

• Process settlements accurately and within agreed service levels.

• Activate insurance policies where required.

• Maintain accurate records within CRM and finance systems.

• Provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, lender requirements, and internal policies.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

About You

You may already have experience in novated leasing, vehicle finance, settlements, lending, salary packaging, or financial administration, but most importantly, you're eager to learn and committed to delivering quality outcomes.

You'll bring:

• Experience using CRM, finance, or administration systems.

• Relevant qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field are advantageous.
