Remote Bar Supervisor

The Role: 

As Tavern Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of village life leading from the front and ensuring a safe, welcoming, and high-quality service experience.

The Position

• Lead daily tavern operations and supervise your team on shift
• Prepare and serve beverages in line with RSA requirements
• Manage stock, ordering, and minimise wastage
• Handle cash and POS systems in line with company procedures
• Deliver exceptional customer service to a diverse workforce
• Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
• Support rostering and team coordination
• Foster a positive, team-focused culture within the bar

• Proven experience in a bar or hospitality supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Valid RSA certification
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
• Flexible, reliable, and resilient approach to FIFO life
• Strong commitment to safety and workplace standards
