We are looking for a Junior Landscape Designer to join our Landscape Design team!

About the role:

• Design high-end residential and commercial landscapes using industry-standard CAD design software.

• Meet with clients with the design manager to understand clients vision, present concepts, and incorporate feedback into final designs.

• Prepare detailed landscape plans, planting plans, material schedules, and construction documentation for estimating and construction teams.

• Support the design manager in daily design tasks as required

• Send plant lists & schedules to nurseries for pricing. Sending material quantities & information off to suppliers

• Conduct site inspections, site measurements, and attend project meetings throughout the design and construction process.

About you:

We are looking for Landscapers to join us on a full-time, permanent basis and can offer an immediate start for the right candidates, who meets the following criteria:

• Minimum 1 year experience in landscape design with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

• Proficiency in landscape design software such as AutoCAD, Vectorworks, SketchUp, or similar 2D design programs.

• Good plant knowledge, construction detailing, and understanding of landscape materials and Queensland construction practices.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently complete design tasks with minimal direction.

• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively within a fast-paced design and construction team while consistently producing high-quality work.

• Full Australian working rights.
