Early Childhood Educator Position

Three Peas Creche is a boutique, 33 place, two room centre, caring and educating children from 15 months to Kindergarten age. We are a family run centre, privately owned and operate from our beautiful Queenslander in the leafy suburb of Kalinga. We are rated exceeding in all 7 National Quality Areas and are passionate educators and advocates of early learning.

We believe all children are on their own individual learning journey, and we support and guide their learning through our interactive play based curriculum. We are kindergarten approved, Reggio Emilia inspired and nature play focused, with a community walk and bush kinder program. With a supportive team environment, we operate with above staffing ratios, increased programming times and actively support our team engaging in professional development to help further their knowledge and passion.

We are seeking a full time educator to join our team. The position will consist of an 9 day fortnight with a regular RDO, consistent hours and regular shift times to support work life balance. All applicants must have a current Qld Blue Card, have completed their Certificate III in Early Childhood, Gecko Mandatory Child Safety Training, first aid training and have a passion for early childhood and value the power of play based learning.
