Debt Collections Officer

This role is a 6-month contract, the primary purpose of this role is to support the Members models from a financial perspective as well as oversee and monitor credit facilities and be the primary lead for Debtors reporting.

Day to day… 

• Download reports from Tramada for Retail and Corporate Debtors
• Collect Debts from members up to identifying stages of escalations
• Participate Ad-hoc projects to continually improve the team processes and controls
• Perform financial & operational analysis to support the business
• Investigate and implement processes, policies, and technology
• Assist with the Half Year and Full Year Audit
• Month end close and preparation of Financial reporting requirements
• Conduct Debtor & Creditor weekly reporting
• Bank reconciliations
• Assist with End Of Financial Year activities
• Other duties as directed by Leadership Team

We’d love to hear from you if you have… 

• Experience with Business Central, Tramada, Microsoft 365
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Undergraduate degree in Finance or similar
