Experienced Barista - Mamma G's Opening Team

About the role
We are looking for a casual Baristas who has 3 or more years' of experience to join our front‑of‑house team. You’ll be the face of Mamma G’s behind the machine, delivering consistently great coffee and friendly service to locals and visitors throughout the day.

What you’ll be doing
• Preparing espresso coffee and hot beverages to a consistent standard
• Taking customer orders, processing payments and handling POS
• Assisting with basic food preparation and service as required
• Maintaining a clean and well‑organised coffee station and front counter
• Restocking milk, beans and other café supplies
• Following food safety and hygiene procedures at all times

What we’re looking for
• Minimum 3 years' barista experience in a busy café environment
• Confident operating commercial espresso machines and grinders
• Strong customer service skills with a warm, engaging manner
• Ability to work efficiently during rush periods while maintaining quality
• Reliable, well presented and a strong team player
• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as required
