We are seeking an Estimator or office professional who has a sharp eye for detail and is diligent and accurate.  Someone who is focused on their work and will pride themselves on producing accurate results when reviewing site-sourced information and compiling reports pertaining to buildings for Sinking Funds, Insurance Valuations, Asset Registers, Safety, Fire and Asbestos Reports.

Perhaps you are working in building? Trade Services? Site or building management? Keen to get off the tools? Have a background in estimating or construction and have decided it's time to move into a new environment and hone your skills in a new market with an industry leader? Or studying or recently completed a University/TAFE course and looking to get some experience

Your role within our well-established team will be to provide high quality reports for clients and to share your expertise with other team members.

Ideally you will have at least 3 to 5 years general estimating experience, previous experience compiling Sinking Funds, Insurance Valuations, Maintenance Budgets, Asset Reports etc would be preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided in respect of the industry within which QIA Group operates and the systems that we use to produce reports.  

QIA Group provides reports to body corporate and strata communities Australia wide for various residential, commercial and aged care clients and requires a steady approach to produce a professional end product.

The position is a full-time role in our Northern Gold Coast Office, working in a friendly and harmonious office environment.
