We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Casual Club Attendant with Reception Duties to join our team.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a Club and display a high proficiency in Gaming, Food and Beverage and Guest Relations operations.

The successful candidate must be available Monday to Sunday.

About the role

Club Attendant responsibilities will include:

• Develop strong relationships with our members

• Provide drink and food service behind the bar & café areas

• Provide information on club activities

• Work with poker machines, TAB and KENO

• Meet and greet members and guest

Reception responsibilities will include:

• Meet and greet members and guests on arrival and departure

• Promote our brand and promotions

• Check membership cards and enforce Club by-laws and entry requirements

• Handle internal and external calls

• Initiate membership sign up and renewals

Promotions responsibilities will include running:

• Bingo

• Gaming Promotions

• Raffles

• Member Promotions

Skills and experience:

• Experience working in a Club environment.

• Cashier experience highly regarded

• Valid RSA/RCG

• Proven experience in dealing with difficult situations

• The ability to work in a team environment

• Experience in adhering to policies and procedures

• Ability to make sound decisions and judgments in demanding situations
