Tomingley Gold Mine, owned and operated by Alkane Resources Ltd, is located adjacent to the village of Tomingley, 50 kms south of Dubbo in Central NSW.  The operation consists of both underground and open cut mines and a 1Mtpa processing plant on site that produces gold bullion. The current workforce consists of approximately 225 permanent employees in professional, technical, mining, processing and trades roles. 

The development of an additional open cut and underground mines 3 kms south of the Tomingley deposits have just been approved. With this exciting expansion, there is an expected mine life beyond 2030. 

Tomingley Gold Operations are currently seeking motivated entry-level Underground haul truck operators, who are eager to begin a career in mining and develop their skills in a hands-on environment.

To be successful you will need to have:

• Experience working long (12 hour) days and some exposure to working day and night shifts

• The ability to stay focused and motivated when carrying out repetitive tasks

• The ability to follow instruction and work well in small teams

• Experience on heavy machinery desirable

• A current manual drivers licence

• A great attitude and commitment to safety

Please note: Tomingley Gold Operations is located 50km South of Dubbo in Central West NSW. We are a residential mine that does NOT facilitate FIFO or DIDO and if not living in the local area, relocation will be required.
