About Us

D&J's Civil Construction is a Queensland-based, family-owned civil contractor delivering subdivision and civil infrastructure projects across South East Queensland - Gold Coast, Brisbane & Ipswich. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated Site Civil Engineer to join our team.

About the Role

Whether you're a recent Civil Engineering graduate or an experienced Site Engineer, we'd love to hear from you.
Working alongside our Senior Engineers, you'll help deliver a range of subdivision and civil infrastructure projects while building your skills and advancing your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the delivery of civil subdivision and infrastructure projects.

• Coordinate subcontractors and site activities.

• Monitor project progress, quality and safety.

• Maintain site documentation, including QA records and daily diaries.

• Liaise with clients, consultants and suppliers.

• Assist with project planning, reporting and problem-solving.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

• Graduate or previous Site Engineering experience.

• White Card and current driver's licence.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
