We're growing rapidly and seeking experienced, compassionate Personal Care Attendants, Disability Support Workers, and Community Support Workers to join our dedicated team across Gawler, Elizabeth, the Barossa, and surrounding areas.

Disability Support Workers – Certificate III minimum
Personal Care Attendants – Certificate III minimum
Aged Care Support Workers – Certificate III minimum
Our caregiving team provides personal care, companionship, support with daily activities, and community access enabling clients to live independently, with dignity and joy.
Minimum 2 years' experience in aged care or disability support
A warm, caring, trustworthy and professional manner
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly
Confidence identifying and reporting client care concerns
Availability minimum 3 days per week, including evenings and weekends (essential)
Fluency in English (additional languages highly regarded)
Specialist experience highly regarded:
Tracheostomy care and suctioning
Seizure management
PEG feeding
Paediatric care, including complex needs
Mandatory Checks & Licences:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid & CPR
Current Working With Children Check
Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
