Parts Interpreter

Key Responsibilities

• Handle guest requests, take sales and quotation enquiries
• Ensure daily orders are placed on time
• Contribute to the efficient management of parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organising parts.
• Monitor inward and outward freight arrangements
• Accurately maintain records of parts transactions, invoices, and inventory levels.
• Develop a solid understanding of automotive parts and accessories
• Work closely with our experienced Parts Interpreter team, technicians, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

You

• Possess some technical/mechanical knowledge and ability
• Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interest in automotive parts and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Be flexible and enjoy working in a team environment
