In this full-time, permanent role, you'll join our People & Culture team at our brand-new Melbourne CBD Head Office and help create lasting change for children and young people across Australia and beyond.
As our P&C Talent & Onboarding Administrator, you'll play an important role in shaping the experience of people joining and growing their careers with Save the Children. From helping candidates take their next career step to ensuring new team members feel welcomed, supported and connected from day one, you'll help create positive experiences that reflect our values and purpose.
