WHAT’S INVOLVED?

Based at our Support Centre in Salisbury South, SA, you will work closely with key stakeholders to select, develop and deliver high quality homewares products for over 30 stores nationwide. This key full time role is instrumental for the ongoing development and success of the brand through inspiring and enticing our customers.

• You’ll be an experienced Buyer – With a proven track record in achieving sales, profit and stock turn, you will have the ability to deliver budgeted sales and gross profit. 

• You’ll be proactive – Allocate and manage OTB, stock levels and stock flow to ensure inventory levels are effectively managed.

• You’re a strong communicator - You know how to influence key stakeholders and negotiate with suppliers to get the best possible strategic outcomes. 

• You’ll multitask – You will have the ability to work autonomously while collaborating within a team and possess outstanding organisational and multitasking skills.

• You’re analytical – Analyse sales to build product ranges that align to the brand, you will have experience in reporting and be skilled in Excel.

• You’ll have an eye for detail – You will select premium stock for the Wheel&Barrow  and Karma Living brands and be flexible and creative in an ever-changing retail environment.

• You’ll strategise – Understand, plan and execute marketing strategies to maximise sales and profits.   

The ability to travel Interstate and Internationally is essential for this role.
