Cleaner

About the Role

Your day will generally begin at our depot in Carrington, where you'll prepare everything needed for the day's cleans. This includes:

• Organising linen and towels (most linen is commercially hired, with some in-house laundry required)

• Preparing cleaning products and supplies

• Loading your vehicle with everything required for the day's properties

• Reviewing your daily schedule

Initially, you will work alongside experienced team members while learning our systems, property access procedures and cleaning standards. As your confidence grows, you will transition into working independently and managing your own schedule.

Your Responsibilities

• Complete changeover cleans between guest stays

• Replace all linen, towels and amenities

• Thoroughly clean and present each property to Stayable's high standards

• Remove rubbish and prepare properties ready for guest arrival

• Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms and living areas

• Clean appliances including ovens, stovetops, rangehoods, fridges and microwaves

• Make beds to a premium presentation standard

• Maintain stock levels within each property and report items requiring replacement

• Identify and report maintenance issues promptly

• Recognise common stains and use appropriate cleaning methods where required

• Ensure all work is completed within scheduled timeframes

Technology

As part of the role you will learn to use our property management software, Guesty, including:

• Viewing your daily cleaning schedule

• Checking upcoming cleans

• Accessing property information and instructions

• Recording maintenance issues

• Updating completed tasks

No previous Guesty experience is required—we will provide full training.
