About this Role：

The System Operations and Maintenance Manager role requires a strong understanding of enterprise operational systems, including Pentana, CRM platforms, and related business applications. The position is responsible for ensuring the stable operation, maintenance, integration, and continuous improvement of these systems to support business efficiency and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

System Operations & Maintenance

• Manage the daily operation and maintenance of Pentana, CRM, ERP systems, and related business applications to ensure system reliability and performance.

• Monitor system health, identify issues proactively, and implement timely resolutions to minimize operational disruption.

• Maintain system configurations, updates, patches, and user access controls in line with company policies and IT governance requirements.

• Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with internal and external standards.

System Optimization & Integration

• Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, automation, and operational processes.

• Support and coordinate integrations between Pentana, CRM, ERP, and other business systems to ensure accurate and seamless data flow.

• Collaborate with business departments to optimize workflows and improve user experience.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Work closely with internal users, developers, software vendors, and third-party service providers to troubleshoot issues and deliver system enhancements.

• Provide system support, user guidance, and training where required.

• Coordinate system upgrades, new module implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch validation.

Documentation & Governance

• Maintain accurate system documentation, operation manuals, logs, and change records.

• Support audit, compliance, and governance requirements through proper documentation and reporting.

• Prepare regular system performance and issue reports for management review.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Contribute to strategic IT planning and digital transformation initiatives.

• Recommend and implement new technologies, tools, and process improvements to enhance system capability and operational resilience.
  

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• Extensive experience of 5+ years in system operations, IT maintenance, or enterprise system management.

• Strong experience with Pentana system or similar enterprise software.

• Proven knowledge of front-end and back-end integration principles and technologies.

• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, system upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
