Early Childhood Educator

Early Learners of Wellington Point West is seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Wellington Point (QLD) on a permanent full-time basis.

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality education and care for children and support the delivery of engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality education and care to children

• Supporting the planning and implementation of educational programs

• Creating a safe, welcoming and engaging learning environment

• Developing positive and respectful relationships with children and families

• Working collaboratively with educators and centre leadership

• Supporting children's individual learning, development and wellbeing

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation

• Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards and relevant policies and procedures

• Actively contributing to the day-to-day operation of the centre

About You

To be considered for this position, you will have:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an equivalent recognised qualification

• Relevant experience working in an early childhood education and care environment

• A current Queensland Working with Children Check, or eligibility to obtain one

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain them

• A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team

• A genuine commitment to providing high-quality education and care to children

• Remuneration up to: $79,423 plus superannuation

The successful applicant will be employed by Early Education Holdings Pty Ltd and based at Early Learners of Wellington Point West.
