Centre Administrator

Join SDN Kensington as a Centre Administrator on a 12-month contract. Working 18 hours across 3 days, you’ll support our close-knit team, children and families in our welcoming early learning centre.

We’re looking for an organised and approachable Centre Administrator to join our team at SDN Kensington on a permanent part-time basis, working 18 hours across three days per week.

This is a varied role where you’ll work closely with the Centre Director and wider team, while also being an important point of contact for our children and families.

This will include:

• Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with children, families and staff
• Manage enrolments, family accounts, invoicing, records and reporting
• Coordinate enquiries, centre tours and onboarding for new families
• Maintain accurate databases, documentation and administrative systems
• Support centre operations through resource coordination, communications and administrative assistance
• Working collaboratively with our Family Enquiry Team to support families from enquiry through to enrolment

About you:

You will have experience and skills in the following:

• Previous administration experience, desirably in childcare or community setting
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a relationship-focused approach
• High attention to detail, accuracy and confidence working with data, records and financial processes
• Proficient computer skills, with experience using childcare management systems and knowledge of CCS highly regarded
• A current NSW Working with Children Check
