You'll experiment. You'll present. And you'll have the opportunity to prove what you can do.
What you'll do

Throughout the program, you will:Build a working Agentic AI solution to solve a real-world business problemLearn how to design and build AI agents that can perceive, reason and actDevelop practical skills in prompt architecture and behavioural specificationWork with function and tool callingExplore context and state managementApply Retrieval Augmented Reasoning (RAG)Build AI guardrails and constraint enforcementLearn agent evaluation and observabilityDesign human-in-the-loop workflowsPresent your solution, architecture and engineering decisions to V2 AI mentorsReceive feedback and support from experienced AI Engineers throughout the program
Learn with Claude

As part of the program, you'll receive access to Claude learning materials and certification support.You'll have the opportunity to work towards the:Claude Certified Architect - Foundations (CCA-F)You'll also complete V2 AI's hands-on White Belt Applied AI Engineering Project, putting your new skills into practice by building and defending a working AI solution.

Who we're looking for

You could be a great fit if you are:A university student or recent graduate studying or having completed a technology-related degreeComfortable with the foundations of software engineeringFamiliar with foundational cloud concepts in AWS or GCPCurious about Generative AI and Agentic AISomeone who learns by building, experimenting and solving problemsExcited about developing a career in AI Engineering / Applied AIYou don't need to already be an AI Engineer.We're looking for strong foundations, curiosity and the drive to build.
Program structure

The program can be completed as either:3-week full-time intensive - approximately 120 hoursor1-3 month self-paced program - approximately 120 hoursYou'll begin with an in-person kick-off and tooling walkthrough before moving into the hands-on build.At the end of the program, you'll present your working Agentic AI solution to a V2 AI mentor.Graduates who meet the required standard will earn the V2 AI AI Practitioner Badge, with participants also having the opportunity to earn the Claude Certified Architect - Foundations certification.
Could this lead to a role at V2 AI?

Yes.We're using this program to identify some of the strongest emerging AI Engineering talent across APAC.Rather than assessing graduates solely through a résumé or university transcript, we want to see what you can actually build and how you think as an engineer.High-performing graduates may be considered for opportunities with V2 AI, including our Associate Forward Deployed Engineer - Applied AI pathway.Any employment opportunity remains subject to V2 AI's standard multi-stage interview and selection process, and completion of the Graduate Program does not guarantee employment.But if you want an opportunity to show us what you can do rather than simply tell us what's on your résumé, this is your chance.
