Experienced Barista at Sunshine Social & Eumundi Markets

Sunshine Social Coffee Roasters and Cafe are your go-to when searching for the best coffee in Noosa. Located in Duke st, Sunshine Beach, we have a beautiful cafe that focuses on specialty coffee.

The role we are looking to fill is; casual and involves working at our Sunshine Beach location along with our Eumundi Market stall which is open Wednesdays and Saturdays.

You must have genuine enthusiasm for customer service - a people person. You are required to give an example of why, how or when your demonstrated this in your application.

We are looking for an energetic, customer focussed, and detail-orientated barista or front of house to join our team. If you are passionate about all things coffee and customer service we would love to hear from you. 

We are open 7 days from 6am - 1pm so ideally you will be available at weekends (at least a Saturday or Sunday!) and a few extra days during the week. We are a vibrant bunch who like to have fun while we work in a fast-paced environment.

What makes you stand out?

Baristas: (customer centric front of house people….we would love to hear from you too!) 

• You must have genuine enthusiasm for customer service - a people person. You are required to give an example of why, how or when your demonstrated this in your application.

• Passion for quality specialty coffee

• 2 years of barista experience in similar venues

• 1 year minimum experience as a shift supervisor

• Ambition to continually maintain high standards and further your skills

• A positive attitude and approach

• Ability to work in a team environment but also excels in an autonomous role

• Excellent communication and time management
