We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Marketing & Communications Manager to lead and execute our marketing, communications, brand, and lead generation strategy across a growing and dynamic organisation.

Reporting directly to the CEO and based at our Head Office in Hawthorn, this senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the organisation's market presence, strengthen stakeholder engagement, enhance customer experience, and drive measurable business growth.

This is a hands-on leadership position for a strategic marketer who enjoys combining vision with execution and has a proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns, building high-performing teams, and leveraging technology to improve customer engagement and business performance.

About the Role

As the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will own the organisation's marketing and communications function, including:

• Development and execution of integrated marketing strategies

• Brand management and awareness initiatives

• Lead generation and demand creation programs

• Digital marketing, social media and content marketing

• Public relations and corporate communications

• Internal communications and employee engagement

• Customer experience initiatives

• Marketing technology, CRM, website and eCommerce optimisation

• Agency and supplier management

• Team leadership and capability development

• Manage agency, supplier and contractor relationships

Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, you will play a key role in driving growth through innovative marketing strategies and customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership

• Develop and implement the annual marketing and communications strategy

• Identify market opportunities, emerging trends and customer insights

• Build and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation

• Monitor performance against agreed KPIs and business objectives

• Manage marketing budgets and optimise return on investment

• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Brand, Communications & Engagement

• Lead all internal and external communications activities

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints

• Oversee content development, public relations, media engagement and corporate communications

• Develop thought leadership and market positioning initiatives

• Plan and manage events, campaigns and stakeholder engagement programs

Digital & Customer Technology

• Drive the strategy and optimisation of customer-facing technology platforms

• Manage website performance, CRM systems, marketing automation tools and eCommerce platforms

• Leverage customer data, analytics and insights to improve acquisition, engagement and retention

• Identify opportunities to improve digital customer experiences and marketing effectiveness

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget

About You

You are a strategic marketing professional with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for delivering results.

You will bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business or a related discipline

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior marketing and communications role

• Proven experience developing and implementing successful marketing strategies

• Demonstrated success delivering revenue-generating, multi-channel marketing campaigns

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM platforms, marketing automation and social media

• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills

• Experience managing internal and external stakeholders at all levels

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

• Experience managing budgets, projects and competing priorities

• Outstanding leadership, coaching and team development capabilities

• A proactive, self-motivated and solutions-focused approach
