Partner Performance Coordinator

The Role

The Partner Performance Coordinator role provides administrative and coordination support to the Partner Performance team as they manage our key White Label Partnerships for A&G. This is a great opportunity to develop your partnership and account management skills in the insurance industry while working with well-known brands.

Position Accountabilities

Partner Support

• Coordinate partner engagement activities (WIPs, monthly meetings, steerco committees)

• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships through regular follow-up

• Prepare materials for partner and internal meetings

Marketing Coordination

• Support marketing collateral review processes and maintain campaign libraries, testimonials, and disclaimer databases

• Conduct pre and post go-live campaign reviews

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare weekly and monthly partner reports and sales performance analysis

• Maintain accurate partnership activity records

Compliance & Administration

• Maintain governance documentation and track incidents through to closure

• Support quality assurance activities and partner agreement compliance

• Coordinate audit and compliance processes

What experience you’ll bring

Essential

• Working knowledge of insurance or 1–2 years in insurance, financial services or professional services

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Collaborative approach to working with multiple stakeholders

• Ability to manage competing priorities and rapid change

Desirable

• Experience in marketing, operations, or data analysis

• Multi-team or multi-department coordination experience

• External partner or customer-facing coordination background

• Tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce (relevant experience equally valued)

This role is available at any of our Brisbane and Sunshine Coast locations providing flexibility to choose the office that suits you. Our Toowong office is close to the city with easy public transport and parking options while our North Lakes offices are within walking distance of some of the north side’s best retail locations.
