About The Role

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will work alongside our dedicated team to maintain spotless guest rooms and public areas. Your attention to detail will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional stay. Specifically, this role will involve:

Cleaning hotel rooms and public spaces including our outletsEnsuring pantries are fully stocked before and after your shift by replenishing linen, towels and amenitiesReporting maintenance issues as soon as possibleUndertake deep cleaning when requiredDispose of waste correctly, recycling as much as possibleInteracting with our guests to leave a lasting impressionAssisting other departments when necessary

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in hospitality preferredAbility to work independently and take initiative in daily tasksExcellent personal presentationPhysically fit to meet the demands of the roleConfident communication skills and positive mannerA keen eye for detailAbility to work around a 7-day week roster including weekends and public holidays
