In this role, you’ll be part of something bigger—supporting our members and the wider community when they need it most. Operating our modern fleet of tilt trays, you’ll deliver prompt, professional assistance to motorists, transforming stressful moments into reassurance and relief—bringing to life that trusted RACQ “yellow truck” feeling of genuine care and exceptional service.

About You

• Work-life Balance: Enjoy a 38hr rotating roster of 8-10hour shifts across Monday to Friday, with one Saturday shift every 6 weeks.
• EBA Rate: $38.76 an hour + superannuation + plenty of opportunities to pick-up extra hours!
• Impeccable Driving History and Points: hold a clean driving record over the past 5 years.
• License and Qualifications: Hold an MR License for 2 years or above and possess a General Induction White Card.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable using smart phones, tablets, and computer systems.
• Communication and Conflict Management: Excellent communication skills and ability to manage conflict situations effectively.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in dynamic roadside situations.
• Pre-Employment Requirements: Willing to undergo pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening, and criminal record checks.
• Location: Start and finish work each day at convenient Eight Mile Plains location
