About the roleOur client, a Sydney-based managed services provider, needs a disciplined Level 2 service desk analyst with real SharePoint Online depth to hold the front line through an active M365 migration. Initial three month contract with strong potential for extension, based from our Sydney CBD office.Immediate start available for the right person.
What you'll be doingOwning SharePoint tickets — triaging, prioritising and closing, with accurate notes and disciplined follow-up on anything that stallsLevel 2 service desk and desktop support for users across multiple sitesTroubleshooting SharePoint OnlineSupporting the wider M365 estate: Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Entra IDWriting knowledge articles so recurring issues stop recurringKeeping users and the project manager informed at all times
What we need from youLevel 2 service desk and desktop support experienceStrong triage and prioritisation discipline, with the attention to detailClear written and verbal communicationGenuine SharePoint Online troubleshooting abilityHands-on with ITSM tooling, ideally FreshserviceKnowledge article authoring — something another engineer would actually useBreadth across M365: Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra IDAvailable for an immediate startAustralian working rights
