Gram Engineering Pty Ltd is a well-established national Fencing manufacturing company who has been in business for over 45 years. We specialize in the design and manufacture of all Steel Privacy Fencing, pool and garden fencing, security fencing and privacy screens. The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional spoken and written English proficiency/comprehension, equivalent to first-language competency.

We are excited to offer a position for a friendly, outgoing, organized, hard-working Office Sale Assistant to fill this role. Monday to Friday 7am - 3:30pm.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Strong math and literacy skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Friendly and personable personality.

• Time management and prioritization skills.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Front counter and phone sales.

• Filing and data entry.

• Corresponding with distributors and customers.

• Reporting to the General Manager

• Follow company policies and procedures

• Responding to enquiries via email or phone call.

• Supporting the management team with other general administration tasks.
