Based in Girraween, NSW, Fab Kitchens Pty Ltd works closely with clients, designers, and builders to bring functional and visually appealing spaces to life. Team members collaborate in a workshop environment that values precision, safety, and continuous improvement.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cabinet Maker role based in Girraween, NSW. The Cabinet Maker will interpret drawings and plans, measure and cut materials, and assemble custom cabinets, kitchen units, and joinery components. Responsibilities include operating woodworking machinery and hand tools, fitting hardware and fixtures, and ensuring products meet quality standards and project specifications. The role involves working with the production team to meet deadlines, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and occasionally assisting with installation or onsite adjustments as required.Qualifications Strong skills in Cabinetry and Woodworking, with experience building custom cabinets and joinery.Proficiency in Millwork and Carpentry, including safe and accurate use of hand tools and machinery.Ability in Spatial Design to read, interpret, and work from technical drawings and layout plans.Relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship in cabinet making, joinery, or carpentry.Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to high-quality workmanship.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage time to meet project deadlines.Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices in a workshop setting.Experience in kitchen manufacturing or shopfitting is desirable.
