Lead the Future of Retail Operations Across ANZ

This is more than a retail operations role. It's an opportunity to shape how some of the world's most recognised optical and eyewear brands operate, innovate, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across Australia and New Zealand.

Based in Sydney and reporting to the Vice President Store Operations ANZ, you'll lead the strategy, systems, programs, communications, governance, and operational support that power our retail network across EssilorLuxottica brands including OPSM, Laubman & Pank and EyeQ.

Working at the intersection of retail, technology, customer experience, and business transformation, you'll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, enabling growth, and delivering innovative solutions across a diverse multi-brand network.

What You'll Be Leading

• Driving the ANZ Retail Operations strategy and roadmap across multiple retail banners.
• Leading major business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Enhancing store performance, productivity, labour management, customer experience, and operational effectiveness.
• Overseeing key retail programs including Omnichannel Services, medtech initiatives and emerging retail technologies.
• Partnering with local and global leaders to deliver strategic priorities and commercial outcomes.
• Championing operational excellence, governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Leading a high performing team that supports and enables our retail network.

About You

You are a commercially savvy and influential retail leader who thrives in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.You'll bring:

• Senior retail operations leadership experience within large, multi-site retail environments.
• A proven track record of operational transformation and business performance improvement.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong commercial, financial, and analytical capability.
• Experience leading complex operational, technology, and change initiatives.
• A passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and elevating the customer experience.
