Assistant Store Manager – Kotara

We are seeking an exceptional, brand-aligned Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team in our beautifully curated Kotara space, opening this October. Leading with warmth and creativity, you will inspire your team to bring the by charlotte experience to life through every detail, creating thoughtful and memorable moments with every interaction.

*Please note: This is a part-time position, working 30.0 hours per week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Together with the Boutique Manager, you will:

• Lead with intention, setting the tone through elevated service and presence.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product and brand to provide considered, expert guidance.
• Mentor and uplift the team, encouraging confidence, collaboration, and skill-building.
• Elevate the team’s performance using KPIs as a tool to to drive growth, nurture development, and ensure continued success.
• Build trust and rapport with your customer base through attentive, considered engagement and thoughtful responses.
• Oversee inventory and ensure the boutique is beautifully stocked and presented.
• Uphold policies and procedures, fostering alignment with our brand spirit and culture.

• Proven leadership experience in retail or a similar environment.
