About the role
At Integrate Disability Solutions, we provide high-quality, person-centred disability support across the Redlands and surrounding areas, with a strong focus on Supported Independent Living (SIL), complex care, high-intensity supports, behaviour support implementation, and capacity building.
We are not a volume-based provider. We are a values-led, quality-driven team that believes disability support work should be skilled, intentional, and genuinely life-changing.
If you’re the kind of support worker who understands that great support is about building trust, promoting independence, following through, and doing the small things well — we’d love to hear from you.
About the RoleWe are currently seeking reliable, capable and compassionate Disability Support Workers for sleepover support and active overnight support.
This role involves supporting NDIS participants with a range of support needs, including:
Personal care and activities of daily living (showering, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, domestic tasks)
Capacity building and skill development
Social, emotional and behavioural support
Implementation of behaviour support strategies and regulated restrictive practices (where applicable and appropriately trained)
Support within Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments
Accurate documentation, including progress notes, incident reporting, and communication records
Working collaboratively with Team Leaders, Service Managers, allied health professionals, families and other stakeholders
This is not just a “turn up and supervise” role. We are looking for support workers who can provide safe, consistent, respectful support while actively encouraging participants to build confidence, independence and meaningful routines. Due to the nature of the supports provided, this role requires a high level of professional reliability, sound judgement, and confidence working within structured support frameworks.
Who We’re Looking ForThis role will suit someone who:
Is genuinely passionate about working in the disability sector
Wants to build a long-term career in support work, ideally as their primary employment
Is dependable, emotionally mature and able to remain calm under pressure
Understands the importance of boundaries, consistency, documentation and professional accountability
Can work both independently and as part of a broader team
Has strong communication skills and can build positive rapport with participants, families and colleagues
Is open to feedback, learning and ongoing development
This role is best suited to applicants seeking ongoing, consistent work with sleepover and active overnight shifts
To be considered for this role, you will need:
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
Current Blue Card / Working with Children Check
Current First Aid & CPR
Current Australian Driver Licence (without restrictions preferred)
Access to a reliable, roadworthy and comprehensively insured vehicle
Ability to travel across the Redlands, Brisbane and surrounding areas
Willingness to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including sleepover shifts.
Completion of NDIS training modules (or willingness to obtain)
Strong written English and confidence completing digital documentation
Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or a related field
Previous experience in disability, aged care, mental health or community services
Medication administration training / experience
Experience working under behaviour support frameworks and regulated environments
If you don’t tick every box but believe you’d be a strong fit, we still encourage you to apply.
