Registered Surveyor – Sydney (Remote / Hybrid / WFH) FT/Contract

TSS Total Surveying Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Surveyor to support our growing Residential and Land Development team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-focused, confident in meeting deadlines, and fully across NSW legislative and regulatory requirements.

We offer full flexibility. Work remotely, hybrid, or from home while contributing to high-quality deliverables for our clients.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Signing off on detail surveys, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Reviewing and signing off on plans in accordance with NSW legislation.

• Providing technical support and oversight to our cadastral and land development teams.

• Ensuring all deliverables meet statutory requirements, project timelines and internal quality standards.

• Collaborating with project managers and field teams to maintain smooth workflow and exceptional service.

About You

You will bring:

• Current Registered Surveyor (NSW) status with the Board of Surveying and Spatial Information (BOSSI).

• Strong understanding of NSW surveying legislation, regulations and workflows.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a quality-driven mindset.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines within a flexible working environment.

• Experience in residential subdivision or land development projects (highly regarded).

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
