Customer Service / Sales Cannington

We are a national online business located in Cannington and have a showroom where customers and their families can visit to try our products and purchase from us directly. 

Our business is an industry leader in kid's sporting equipment. We have award-winning customer service, and a significant social media presence, with a following of 150,000. 

We are looking for someone bright, enthusiastic, hard-working, honest and reliable to join our small, friendly and relaxed team! You will need to be able to work alone or as part of a team. 

Experience is not necessary, as full comprehensive training will be offered.

You MUST be available on 

• Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, 9 am to 2 pm

• Saturdays 10 am to 1 pm 

• A total of 18 hours per week. Hours are not flexible. 

Duties include: Answering phones, serving customers in store, making sales and processing Eftpos / Credit Card payments, replying to emails, light cleaning duties, and opening and closing the store.

This position would suit a school leaver or university graduate looking for a permanent ongoing position that offers valuable administration and customer service experience & training.
