Crane Truck Operator & Warehouse Coordinator

We are now seeking a high‑performing Crane Truck Operator (HR Manual) & Warehouse Coordinator to join our expanding team.

Candidates must hold all of the following to be considered:

• Heavy Rigid (HR) MANUAL Truck Licence

• Licence to Operate a Vehicle Loading Crane (Capacity 10m‑tonne and above)

• Licence to Perform Dogging (DG)

Applicants who do not hold these three licences cannot be considered for the role.

You will work across major civil and highway construction projects, performing a wide variety of duties including:

• Crane truck operation (VL crane 10m‑tonne+)

• HR manual truck driving – transporting materials to/from site

• Daily pre‑start checks (vehicle & crane)

• Logbook requirements where applicable

• Ensuring trucks remains clean, safe and compliant

• Light pole installation

• Conduit and pit installation

• Machinery operation (training provided)

• Stock control and warehouse management

• Liaising with clients and suppliers

• Job‑specific paperwork

• Basic email/document control

Training will be provided for specialised machinery and processes, supporting continual skills development and career progression.

Hours: Monday to Friday, with overtime and occasional weekend / night work.
Location: Based at Melrose Park, SA.
Employment: Full‑time offered after a successful probation period.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• HR Manual Licence (Essential)

• Vehicle Loading Crane Licence 10m‑tonne+ (Essential)

• Dogging Licence (Essential)

• Strong civil construction experience (essential)

• Mechanically minded with strong problem‑solving ability

• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work autonomously

• Available for an immediate start or by notice period

• Ability to provide two recent employment references

• Stable full‑time employment in a growing business
