THE ROLE
Our HVAC Service Department is looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a technician who is passionate about delivering high-quality service, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
Working across a range of complex HVAC and mechanical services systems, you'll be responsible for fault-finding, repairs, maintenance while providing technical support and guidance to other technicians in the field. Recording information necessary to quote on repairs identified onsite will also be required.
This is senior role combining hands-on technical work and the opportunity to support other technicians. Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety compliance is an important part of the job.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Chiller experience is highly regarded
Ability to work autonomously and provide technical support/ mentoring to other technicians
Current ArcTick Licence (RAC01)
Current Drivers Licence
Minimum 3+ years of VRV/VRF experience required.
Good communication, problem-solving, time management and teamwork.
